JK has fast risen to become not
only one of most enigmatic voices but also one of the
biggest icons in UK Bhangra in a short space of time.
With the release of his third single Pat Liyah he looks
to further expand his growing army of fans, hooked on
the raw folk vocals of this young UK born talent.
The single once again sees JK sing under the strict
guidance of producer Tru Skool, who keeps on delivering
a production line of anthems. Tru Skool once again
continues his style of delivering raw hip hop beats
perfectly fused with Punjabi folk rhythms, a style which
he has now perfected.
With the tutelage of Tru Skool, JK has all the right
ingredients to deliver on the early promise shown on the
now anthem Gabru Punjab Da. Pat Liyah will further
reinforce the hype around JK as the future of UK
Bhangra, with a voice that is second to none. The
