Jade - Temptation
Jade,
a British born vocalist from Birmingham is one of the most
dynamic and versatile performers in modern day bhangra. He
has excelled on stage for the last ten years, where he
started his career at the age of only seventeen. Jinder Jade
has been thriving on stages from U.K to Europe and now
overseas.
Jade started his journey in 1997, from Rajwinder Kaur Padam,
a music teacher from the community where he learned and
gained knowledge of the art of folk music. The legendary
artists and bands such as Kuldip Manak, Gurdas Mann, Alaap
and Apna Sangeet have influenced Jade.
The dynamic artist started out his music career in early
1998, where he joined Birmingham's very popular bhangra
band, Saqi group. Saqi group gave Jade a brilliant platform
to launch his career and also chances to show case his
talent in the U.K.
In
October 2009, Jinder Jade has once again gone back to his
original name Jade and is now bringing to you his brand new
12 track album titled "Temptation" out on VIP Records, it
has some wonderful vocal collaborations with the talented
Kishore of Saqi Group who sung hits such as Saqian Da Dhol &
Adi Marke which have became bhangra anthems all over the
world.

the most distinguished vocalists in the industry, along with

G S Chaggar - Blacklisted
GSChaggar
is a twenty-six year old turntablist/ music producer from
the Midlands, UK. Having played the dhol in bands for many
years, he decided in 2004 he would turn his attention on
becoming a music producer... Thanks to his talent of the
dhol and turntablism, GSChaggar connected with audiences
with the very first listen.
A Dj/Turntablist of instinct, GSChaggar has a flair for
mixing catchy songs that leave the listener moved by the raw
emotion in them. Although his roots are firmly placed in
traditional UK Panjabi music, he draws inspiration from many
different lyrical and musical influences. "My style is my
own. I can produce songs, mix songs and can say that’s my
own style". It is that versality that has landed his song
with Master Saleem “Chardi Jawani” that is surely giving him
the recognition that it deserves.

JK - Pat Liyah
JK
has fast risen to become not only one of most enigmatic
voices but also one of the biggest icons in UK Bhangra in a
short space of time. With the release of his third single
Pat Liyah he looks to further expand his growing army of
fans, hooked on the raw folk vocals of this young UK born
talent.
The single once again sees JK sing under the strict guidance
of producer Tru Skool, who keeps on delivering a production
line of anthems. Tru Skool once again continues his style of
delivering raw hip hop beats perfectly fused with Punjabi
folk rhythms, a style which he has now perfected.
With the tutelage of Tru Skool, JK has all the right
ingredients to deliver on the early promise shown on the now
anthem Gabru Punjab Da. Pat Liyah will further reinforce the
hype around JK as the future of UK Bhangra, with a voice

Dj Gurps
- Expectations
He
captivates crowds while he murders the turntables. DJ Gurps
has quite a strong fan following and his good looks and
talent help him flourish as a DJ. His unique style can be
heard at some of the hottest venues Worldwide & around the
UK.
He starting DJ-ing at the tender age of 14 after following
musical influences such as the legendary Gurdass Man, Bally
Sagoo & Punjabi MC... & has worked alongside several acts,
some of which are PMC, Rishi Rich, Sukshinder Shinda, Raghav,
The Kray Twinz, Lehmber Hussainpuri, Aman Hayer, and DJ H.
The mainstream has also recognized his talent which has led
him to play alongside with artist such as, Sean Paul, Kanye
West, Timbaland, Mim’s, Chris Brown, Rihanna & many others.
DJ Gurps aka Gurpreet Mudher has now been in the Asian DJ
Circuit for nearly 10 years...

- The Manuscript
Sahib-G
the groundbreaking virtuoso guitarist has developed a
serious career in folk music. A respected composer,
producer, songwriter, who is provocative, heart-wise and has
his own original style has impressed label executives VIP
Records.
Born and bred in London, he is already an acknowledged
guitarist both on the concert platform and in the recording
studio. Sahib G began his music career very early performing
at the early age of 12, starting off with his first string
instrument, the mandolin… "I didn't choose music... it chose
me."
Completely
self-taught and without any type of formal lessons or
training, Sahib-G displayed an uncanny talent for learning,
and by his early teens became a multi-instrumentalist…"It
was strange things would seem to come easily to me, although
I was really most competent on drums and guitar..."

Diamond In The Rough
After
6 years spent lurking in the shadows of the Bhangra
industry, Pal D is set to unleash his 2nd studio album this
spring.
2 years in the making, Diamond in the Rough showcases Pal D
as a hypnotic composer, powerful vocalist and logic-defying
sound and mastering engineer.
Also featuring vocals by Lembher Hussainpuri, Surinder
Shinda, Bakshi Billa and Harvinder Bhinda (Golden Star) -
Diamond in the Rough introduces the biggest names in the
game to one who has undoubtedly been the most promising and
anticipated young producer in the UK for over 6 years.
Having
studied Kirtan and Tabla since 1993, Palvinder Singh Dhupar
takes the unusual step of debuting as a Bhangra vocalist on
Diamond in the Rough. These early musical influences - which
form the backbone of all Pal D’s musical endeavours - are
evident throughout the album.
